tic
Start a timer.
tic() → nothing (starts internal timer)
timeit
Measure execution time of a function.
timeit(fn) → Elapsed time in seconds
toc
Stop the timer and return elapsed seconds.
toc() → Elapsed time in seconds since last tic()
